We utilize the principles of yoga & the subtle energy body as well as vocal improvisation exercises to practice creative presence. We employ play to explore vocally in fun, effective ways.
Laughter, spontaneity, and loosening is important!

As the journey moves along, there will be lessons in vocal anatomy, herbs for the voice, sacred practice methods, vocal meditation, utilizing the vibration of voice as an energetic somatic tool, free writing, connecting the womb and voice and more. We encourage development of consistent daily devotion to your voice, making good use of accountability and incredible support.

The culmination of VOCA leads the songstress to a place of simple, yet profound song writing. The guided process starts with an affirmative song seed and ends with a group-led song circle.
